2 Types of HRM Policies and Procedures that are Beneficial for your Company

The human resource management plans all the employment related approaches and techniques for the welfare of the employees and their employment. These Human resource policies give rules with respect to business arrangements of the organization. 

There are two types of HRM policies and procedures, first one are the policies which are formulated :-

1. On the basis of source 

2. On the basis of description

On the basis of source 

Implicit policy: These implicit policies are implemented on the basis of nature and behavior of the managers. It is quite clear that these implicit policies are recognized by the supervisors of the company. Therefore, it is necessary to understand that these policies are made in according to their needs and requirement.

Originated policy: It is taken care by the senior director so that the senior administrator can see all the important necessities of the representatives. Additionally, these senior supervisors give these rules to their subordinates to enhance and build up their vocation.

Imposed policies: These HR policies of the association gives the provision that, a part of the policy of the association can be governed by the trade unions or governmental agencies. These policies are made for the development of the staff and workers working in the company.

On the basis of description

Safety: it is formed for the protection of the company and its workers. As the actual working part of the company is created by the employees of the organization and therefore the company has to take responsibility to safeguard all the workers of the company.

Attendance: these policies are made by the human resource department of the association, which requires the workers to take up their responsibilities seriously. There are different types of leaves which can be taken wether occasionally or immediately by the workers of the company such as pay leaves, sick leaves and without pay leave etc.
